Abstract

This study is a study on the phenomenon that the aluminum layer is lost when the laser passes through the label surface and meets the aluminium of the intermediate layer by irradiating a 1064 nm wavelength fiber laser to the silver barcode label that is widely used in industrial electronic products. The 1064 nm wavelength laser used in the research is an infrared wavelength and passes through the transparent layer with little energy loss and energy is absorbed by the metal. When the laser is irradiated on the label, it passes through the surface of the label made of PET, and the aluminium in the middle layer is lost, and the black at the bottom is seen. If the laser power is not properly adjusted, various problems can be seen. If the laser power is low, the aluminium deposition layer does not disappear, so the black ink is not visible. If the power is high, the silver PET film swells by heat. Is an important factor. As a result, this is a study on showing the effect of printing on the intermediate layer by passing through the label surface and disappear the aluminium layer.
